Maximising the extensive and stunning harbour views from every room, Nelson's Waterfront Penthouse is the largest apartment in the complex that takes prime position overlooking the yacht club, the cut into the inner harbour and the mountains beyond. This provides guests with an ever changing vista out over Tasman Bay.
There is continual boating activity from local yachting enthusiasts, the coming and going of commercial fishing boats and major shipping lines passing by.

There is spacious secure under cover garaging for 2 cars beneath the apartment.
From here you have a short set of external stairs to the main entrance.
Visiting guests just have to press the intercom button at the foot of the stairs and you press the button for them to gain access.
Fully self-contained, the Nelson Waterfront Penthouse apartment has a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering, including BBQ on the side balcony. There is a full dining room that seats 6, large living room with leather lounge suite, original NZ artwork, piano and telescope for watching ships coming through The Cut. This opens onto the balcony which captures all the afternoon sunshine and enjoys some fantastic sunsets.
The apartment also has full laundry facilities, air conditioning, CD player, free broadband internet connection and Sky TV.
The main bedroom is also on this first floor with ensuite which has shower over bath and toilet. On the second floor are two further bedrooms, one with king bed and its own ensuite shower and toilet, the second is twin and there is a third separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Also on this floor is an office with fold out divan bed.
Should a couple require the use of the first floor only the apartment is priced accordingly.
There are a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance along the waterfront and the city is just 15 minutes walk or a short drive away from the Nelson Waterfront Penthouse apartment.
